1. Return Window

You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at admin@renexas.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened food storage bags, used utensils). Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.


5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we’ll guide you through the process and ship your replacement item after verification.
